Micky ScottBey Jones

For about 10 years, I was a birth doula and learned to hone my skills as an accompanier. That means now I use those same skills to accompany people as they move through other transitions and “births”. My work with you is about accompaniment—being a caring companion, a witness to your struggle, a curious co-learner, a gentle, firm voice asking you what you want and reminding you of the wisdom you have inside and the resources you have for more growth and resilience.

As a facilitator, my goal is “to make things easier*”. As a coach, I’m here to help you ask better questions and see possibilities to make the changes you want and need to make. The work I support through coaching or facilitating is your work to do—be it collaborate with your team on a strategic plan or come into alignment through team building exercises or improve communication as you learn your enneagram profiles and deepen self-awareness. It is my work to make it easier through skilled support and guidance.

Charlton Alexander

I’m Charlton Alexander, a lifelong Capetonian and the heart behind Liminal Tours — a practice of actions and reflections rooted in the people and places that shaped me.

Guided by Ubuntu, I cherish being Lauren’s partner and Reth’s dad, which remains my greatest privilege. I love connecting visitors to Cape Town — a city of breathtaking beauty and deep inequality — through stories and places like the Tutu Exhibition, Langa, Hermanus, Muizenberg and so much more.

With journeys spanning more than 80 countries, I’ve built my life around discovering the world through connection, curiosity, and respect. My travels are deeply rooted in a love of culinary exploration—seeking out local flavors, traditions, and the stories behind the dishes that bring communities together.

Guided by a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice, I believe travel is most meaningful when it uplifts and honors the people who call each place home. I focus on eco‑conscious and responsible travel practices that protect the environment, support local economies, and celebrate cultural authenticity.

Through my travel experiences, I aim to spotlight the richness of diverse cultures, elevate underrepresented voices, and encourage others to explore the world thoughtfully, respectfully, and with an open heart.
